Job Title: VIP Host
This job description outlines the primary duties and qualifications for the VIP Host role. However, specific responsibilities may vary depending on the organization's needs and industry requirements.
GUEST SERVICE REQUIREMENTS:
Provide a friendly, personal demeanor with a willingness to interact customers
Provide professional and friendly guest services
Ensuring guests have the best time at our venues rather it be an industry night or weekend
Book / sell nightly commissionable paid VIP tables
Ensure all VIP table reservations and guestlist are checked in nightly.
Maintain professionalism at the workplace and with co-workers and patrons
Be attentive to all company related events, upcoming venues, and changes
Maintain and promote a friendly atmosphere for customers and staff
Assist with other duties as assigned
Proficient in using Tixr, sevenrooms and formstack.
Extensive knowledge of all CBM venues and events.
SKILLS:
Ability to work as a team, stay organized, handle high volume crowds.
Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in the English language, both verbally and in writing with staff, clients, and the public
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude always
Ability to listen empathetically and be respectful always
Ability to maintain composure and stay focused
Ability to maintain personal integrity
Ability to handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, and work under pressure.
COMPENSATION:
$17/HR
