Job Title: Marketing Coordinator 

Job Summary: As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote events and activations. Your role involves collaborating with various stakeholders such as promoters, sponsors, influencers and artists to organize and coordinate events effectively. Additionally, you will create compelling promotional materials, coordinate partnerships, monitor budgets, analyze performance metrics, and stay updated on industry trends to drive growth opportunities. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and Execute Strategic Marketing Plans: 

  • Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies to promote events and activations. 

  • Implement plans to achieve marketing objectives and drive attendance/participation. 

  • Event Coordination: 

  • Collaborate with promoters, sponsors, influencers, artists to organize and coordinate events seamlessly which includes artwork, ticketing, operational logistics, marketing campaigns, website design, etc. 

  • Liaise with venues, promoters, influencers and sponsors to secure partnerships and promotional opportunities. 

  • Promotional Material Creation: 

  • Create engaging promotional materials including digital content, flyers, posters, etc. 

  • Ensure promotional materials align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate event details. 

  • Budget Management: 

  • Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability. 

  • Performance Analysis: 

  • Analyze event performance metrics and gather feedback to improve future events. 

  • Identify areas for optimization and implement necessary changes. 

  • Industry Monitoring: 

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new growth opportunities. 

  • Email Marketing: 

  • Deploy communication and marketing emails. 

  • Design and write emails consistent with brand style guidelines. 

  • Conduct tests within email campaigns to gain insights into audience behavior. 

  • Analyze email campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization. 

  • Media Buying and Delivery: 

  • Execute and traffic local media buys. 

  • Assist in delivering media assets across various marketing campaigns and networks. 

  • Social Media Management: 

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 

  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms. 

  • Monitor social media channels for customer service inquiries, feedback and engagement. 

  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics. 

  • Proofread and edit social media content for accuracy and quality. 

  • Accessibility: 

  • Accessible through email, slack, phone calls, and messages Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM.  

 

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Proven experience in event marketing and coordination. 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms. 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics. 

  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail. 

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. 

  • Experience with email marketing platforms and analytics tools is a plus.

Pay:  
$43,000 - $50,000 Annually 

Expected hours:  
Minimum Of 40 Hours Per Week (In Office, Remote and On-Site)
