Nestled in Las Vegas’ bustling Fremont East neighborhood, the 3,500-square-foot restaurant and bar teems with robust flavors and reverberates with sound. Curated by Executive Chefs Daniel Arias and Isidro Marquez-Castillo, La Mona Rosa’s menu is a diverse taste of Mexico in which each recipe is inspired by the chefs’ travels, refined by creative technique and created with seasonal ingredients. Dishes are complemented by handcrafted cocktails and margaritas featuring an array of mezcal, tequila, rums and whiskey sourced from Mexico.
